I Lost Everything
I told him everything.
I gave him everything.
I knew everything.
Then I lost everything.
He was my dearest friend.
He was the one I confided in.
He was the one who knew everything.
And I lost everything.
I thought I knew him.
I thought he knew me.
I thought we knew eachother.
Still, I lost everything.
He was my friend,
But he was his friend,
And he was my enemy.
So I lost everything.
Maybe I was wrong.
Maybe he was right.
Maybe he lost everything.
Maybe I lost nothing.
